Yellowhead Ltd. (“Yellowhead” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (“users” or “you”). This Privacy Policy has been created to inform you about how Yellowhead manages, collects, stores and uses the information you provide in connection with any of Yellowhead’s website and any services provided therein (“Services”). Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is limited only to information collected by Yellowhead through your use of the Services.
Yellowhead may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time, and Yellowhead encourages you to consult the Privacy Policy regularly for changes.

1. Information Collected
Yellowhead’s primary objective in collecting user information is to provide and enhance the Services and to enable users to use the Services.
When you access or use any of the Services, Yellowhead may collect and record the information you provide Yellowhead. We may collect information about you in two ways: information you provide us and information we collect automatically.
• Information you provide us –
o Personal information you provide when you register to open your account for the Services, as your name, address, email address and phone number.
o Other content that you generate, or that is connected to your account, such as images, contacts, links and interests.
• Information collected automatically –
o Information about your use of our Services, your interaction with us and with other users, device information such as operating system and browser type and device identifiers.
o Location information, including location information from your mobile device, zip code, area code and the time zone where a Services is used.
o Computer and connection information such as your IP address, platform, incident data, network Media Access Control (MAC) address, referring pages, browser information ,the URL accessed and web log information.

How Yellowhead Uses Your Information
Yellowhead uses your information to perform the Services and fulfill your specific requests, purchase orders and to send you purchase confirmation and other account-related information. In addition, the personal information you provide will allow Yellowhead to send you messages regarding, among other things, new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities and events of interest.
We use your personal information to pursue our legitimate interests where your rights and freedoms do not outweigh these interests.
Yellowhead may also your information, both individually and combined together, to better understand the behavior and preferences of its users, to troubleshoot technical problems, to serve static and dynamic advertising, to enforce its terms of service, to ensure proper functioning of its products and services as well as to help improve Services and their content. In addition, Yellowhead may combine non-personally identifiable information with personal information, such as an email address, to administer loyalty programs, tailor its offerings, web pages to you.
In all cases of data access and collection, the information you provide will not be disclosed, rented, loaned, leased, sold, or otherwise voluntarily distributed to unaffiliated third parties and will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with and improving the Services and for any other purpose stated herein. Yellowhead will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you the Services, but in any case not longer than 90 days. You have the right to request us to stop processing your information and to delete any of your information collected by us, as detailed in the “Your Rights” section below. Note that there may be instances where Yellowhead is legally required to retain your information.
Third Party Services Providers
Yellowhead may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate its Services, to provide the Services on its behalf, to perform tasks (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Services) or to assist Yellowhead in analyzing how its Services are used.
From time to time, Yellowhead employs third party contractors to collect personal information on its behalf to provide email delivery, product, or promotional fulfillment, credit card processing or other services through the Services. When requesting these services, you may be asked to supply your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address to its contractors. Yellowhead may ask some third party contractors, such as credit agencies, data analytics or market research firms, to supplement personal information that you provide to Yellowhead for its own marketing and demographic studies, so that Yellowhead can consistently improve its sites and related advertising to better meet its visitors’ needs and preferences. Similarly, if Yellowhead or most of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information could be transferred or acquired. Yellowhead has no control over the information sent from your devices to those networks or other third parties and recommends that you ensure that your device’s settings prevent the disclosure of information you would not like to share.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
Yellowhead may be required to disclose any personal information if required to do so by law or in the belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process, including, but not limited to a subpoena, statute, search warrant, or court order, or to protect the property and rights of Yellowhead or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity Yellowhead may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable. Note that Yellowhead is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that it may receive.
3. Cookies

We use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information and may share it with our partners for legitimate business purposes. It has no effect on your privacy, because there is no reasonable way to extract data from the aggregated information that can be associated with you.
4. Links
The Services may contain links to other websites The fact that the Services links to a website or presents a banner ad or other type of advertisement does not mean that Yellowhead endorses or authorizes that third party, nor is it a representation of any affiliation with that third party. If you click on a link to a third party site, including on an advertisement, you will leave the Yellowhead Services and will go to the site linked thereto. These third party websites may place their own cookies or other files on your device, collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. 5. Your Rights
You have the right to know what personal information we maintain about you. Following termination of the Services, we, our affiliates or service providers may retain information for up to 90 days. You can request information on the data that might possibly remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.

Yellowhead has made reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, Yellowhead cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. Also please note that email and messaging systems are not considered secure, so Yellowhead discourages you from sending Yellowhead personal information through these media.
Yellowhead does not warrant the security of any information which you transmit to Yellowhead over the Internet. Any information which you transmit to Yellowhead is transmitted at your own risk.

7. Policy Regarding Children
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 16 and Yellowhead does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If Yellowhead learns that a child under 16 has provided it with personal information, Yellowhead will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
8. Updates
Yellowhead may occasionally revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its Services and other practices. Therefore, you should review our Privacy Policy prior to each use of the Services so you could be informed of any changes in our privacy practices.
